Certificates and Attestations
The Consulate General of Lebanon provides the following certificate and attestation services

Non-objection to marry a foreigner
- Application form . (either completed online and printed, or filled out manually at the Consulate)
- Original Passport with 1 copy
- Fees: 225 AED in cash

Affidavit of Driving license
- Application form. (either completed online and printed, or filled out manually at the Consulate)
- Original Passport with 1 copy.
- The original Lebanese driving license along with a copy.
- Fees: 225 AED in cash

Affidavit of bachelorhood
- Application form. (either completed online and printed, or filled out manually at the Consulate)
- Original Passport with 1 copy.
- Recent individual civil extract issued within the past three months.
- Fees: 225 AED in cash

Non-objection for acquisition of more than one nationality

- Original Passport with one copy.
- Fees: 225 AED in cash

Affidavit of being alive

Application form.
(either completed online and printed, or filled out manually at the Consulate)
- Original Passport with one copy.
- The applicant must be present in person.
- Fees: 150 AED in cash

Pledge for Sponsorship in UAE
- Download the Pledge form . (submit 2 completed and printed copies)
- The applicant must appear in person at the Consulate to sign the printed pledge form.
- The Consulate will certify the applicant’s signature on the form.
- Fees: 460 AED in cash

- Original Passport with one copy.
- Official Lebanese document deemed necessary to review for the purpose of this certificate.
- Fees: 225 AED in cash
The Lebanese Consulate General attests the documents in two cases only:
1- Documents issued by Lebanese authorities and attested by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Emigrants.
Required Documents: The Original document and 1 copy of it
Fees: 75 AED in cash
2- Documents issued by the UAE and attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Required Documents: The original document and 1 copy of it
